Jan Venter Pr Eng

Jan joined VGI in 1992 as a civil engineer. In 1996 he was appointed as an associate at the firm and in 1997 as director. Prior to joining VGI, and worked for Jordaan & Joubert Consulting Engineers and was a member of the SA Defence Force, Core of Engineers.

Jan has 22 years’ experience with petrochemical projects, specialising in overland gas and fuel pipelines, petrochemical storage facilities and firefighting systems at petrochemical facilities.

Leon van Wyk Pr Eng

Leon joined VGI in 1997 as a civil engineer. In 2003 he was appointed as an associate at the firm and in 2005 as director. Leon has 20 years’ experience in the civil engineering industry. Prior to working for VGI, Leon worked for KBK Consulting Engineers and Project Managers and J Van Wyk Consulting Civil & Structural Engineers.

Stefan Grové Pr Eng

Stefan started his career as civil engineer at VGI in 1998. In 2003 he was appointed as an associate at the firm and in 2005 as director. Stefan has 17 years’ experience in the civil engineering industry, specialising in overland gas and fuel pipelines.

Mothusi Motsilanyane Pr Tech Eng

Mothusi joined VGI in 2005 as a mechanical engineering technologist. He became a shareholder in 2007 and in 2010 he was appointed as a director at the firm. Prior to working for VGI, Mothusi worked for Anglo Platinum Mines Ltd. Mothusi has 13 years’ experience in mechanical engineering and project management, specialising in petrochemical projects.
